| Ryan Rainey is the 20 year old son of some friends of ours. Stanford and Ryan's sister Angela were really good friends and that is how we came to know Ryan. His family moved to Virginia in the spring, but Ryan wanted to stay behind. The idea was that he would get a job for a few months before going on his mission for the LDS church. He had been staying with friends, but circumstances required him to find a different place to stay. In July he called us to see if he could stay with us for a few days. It turns out that he stayed until Sept 23rd, more than two months. These pictures are of him making cheese cakes in our kitchen the day before he left to go live with his parents. We really enjoyed having Ryan living with us and were sad to see him go. |
